Året 2023 har været en milepæl for den selvejende institution Swinging Europe, hvor vi har fortsat vores arbejde for at fremme kulturel diversitet og kunstnerisk ekspertise. I denne årsrapport er vi glade for at præsentere vores indsats inden for tre nøgleområder: bæredygtighed indenfor social inklusion og grøn omstilling, talentudvikling af unge musikere og vores nationale og europæiske projektsamarbejder.
Bæredygtighed er en kerneværdi for Swinging Europe, og vi har lagt særlig vægt på social inklusion og grøn omstilling i vores aktiviteter; Gennem innovative projekter, der undersøger hvorledes bæredygtighed og klimahensyn kan destilleres igennem musikkens forenende muligheder, har vi arbejdet på at skabe et mere inkluderende samfund og samtidig reducere vores miljømæssige fodaftryk. Vi er stolte af at dele vores fremskridt og resultater på dette område.
Endelig har vores involvering i nationale og europæiske projektsamarbejder været afgørende for vores mission om at styrke kulturel udveksling og samarbejde på tværs af grænserne – geografiske, såvel som indenfor kunstformerne. Gennem disse projekter har vi været med til at forme og fremme kulturel forståelse og samarbejde på tværs af forskellige samfunds- og kunstneriske kontekster.

The year 2023 has been a milestone for the independent institution Swinging Europe, as we continued our work to promote cultural diversity and artistic excellence. In this annual report, we are pleased to present our efforts in three key areas: sustainability through social inclusion and green transition, the talent development of young musicians, and our national and European project collaborations.
Sustainability is a core value at Swinging Europe, and we have placed special emphasis on social inclusion and the green transition in our activities. Through innovative projects that explore how sustainability and climate considerations can be distilled through the unifying power of music, we have worked to create a more inclusive society while simultaneously reducing our environmental footprint. We are proud to share our progress and results in this area.
Finally, our involvement in national and European project collaborations has been crucial to our mission of strengthening cultural exchange and cooperation across borders—both geographically and across art forms. Through these projects, we have helped shape and promote cultural understanding and collaboration across diverse social and artistic contexts.
